Deliveries in Karachi are done within 2-3 working days.
All other cities take 3-5 working days to deliver.

We offer Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 3500 For orders below this threshold, a flat Delivery Fee of 200 will apply. 

Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1) The return request must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order.

2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.

3) The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.

4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.

5) Customers need to fill a form before sending the item(s) back (contact our WhatsApp Helpline to get the form).

6) Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days via Bank Transfer only.
